ABOUT ME

My name is Michelle! I am a Vietnamese-American who was born and raised between Texas, California, and North Carolina. My journey has always been inspired by people, culinarians, cultures, experiences, nature, and mood. I am humbled to have been raised by my family and friends of food enthusiasts, restaurateurs, and artists. They have taught me beautiful lessons about various food cultures & traditions; customs, hospitality, and entertainment.

Now, it has been two decades after having been immersed in the melting pot here in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan. I continue to share with you my fascination, appreciation, and joy for foods and art through Noshin' Pretty, established in 2021. It is a very special place for me.
