HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
3 days in advance. Planning, shopping, and prepping will begin over the following three days.
CAN I PLACE MY NOSHIN' PRETTY BOARD IN THE REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT?
Though we have experienced this with no complaints, it is always best to consume my Noshin' Pretty boards on the day of to ensure they are in prime condition and maintain optimal freshness.
I CAN'T DO A PICKUP OR MEETUP WITHIN A SELECTED DELIVERY AREA
I can work with you to deliver to some surrounding cities for a small delivery fee. If you have questions about your delivery location, please feel free to send me a message through my contact form or email (noshinpretty@gmail.com).
IS SALES TAX INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?
Prices posted on the Noshings page include tax.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?
The planning process for each order begins the moment it is received, so unfortunately full refunds will not be issued. In order to receive a 50% refund, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to noshinpretty@gmail.com 48hrs before the scheduled delivery date. No refunds will be issued to cancellations requested less than 48hrs of the scheduled delivery date.
HOW DOES NOSHIN' PRETTY PACKAGE MY BOARD OR PICNIC BOXES FOR TRANSIT?
Depending on the board size ordered, your board would either be completely wrapped in stiff, heavy duty aluminum foil, secured with tape; or with a plastic lid.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY DELICIOUS NOSHINGS?
Pickup is preferred. Items not picked up the day requested will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Complimentary delivery is offered to selected locations currently, as I am based out of Northern Virginia. Please send me an inquiry and we can coordinate the best hand-off method for both parties!
If a delivery and you are not home at the delivery time, your order will be left wherever it was instructed to be and responsibility will be released from Noshin' Pretty. This is for the reason that there may subsequent Noshin' Pretty deliveries scheduled to continue to fulfill. Refunds will not be issued for perishable items being left out.
